Permanent make up is a great way to wake up with make up. This is done with a hand tool and a special dye. THIS IS A TATOO. The only difference is the tool and the pigment. Regular tatoos are carbon base, permanent make up is iron oxide. You must call for a consultation and patch test before this service can be performed.
