Rosa graduated from Capri college of Cedar Rapids, IA in 2006. She has since then been with Expressions. She has excellent experience in color, cuts, styles, manicures, pedicures, and makeup. Rosa has also attended numerous hair shows across the midwest, which has expanded her learning career.
